Contact

General enquiries can be sent using the contact form on this site. Messages are read during ordinary office hours and answered in the order received.

Please do not send confidential information

This is the most important thing on this page. A message sent through a website form is not a protected channel, and no relationship exists between sender and practice until one has been agreed in writing and any conflict check has been completed. Do not send documents, personal data, details of a dispute, or anything you would not want read by someone other than the intended recipient. A short general description of the subject matter is sufficient for a first message.

What a first message should contain

  • The general subject area. Company, employment, property or administrative, without the detail.
  • Whether a deadline exists. Not what it is, only that there is one, because that changes priority.
  • Your preferred language. Czech and English are both fine.
  • Nothing confidential. Detail belongs in a protected channel established afterwards.

What happens next

A reply will indicate whether the subject matter falls within the practice areas and, if it does, how the conversation would properly continue. If it does not, the reply will say so plainly rather than leaving the question open. No advice is given by email to someone who is not a client, and a general reply to a general enquiry is not advice on a specific situation.

Deadlines

Many Czech procedures carry strict time limits, in some cases short ones, and missing one can end a right permanently. If a limitation period or an appeal deadline may be running in your matter, do not wait on correspondence with any office, including this one. Take advice immediately from whoever can act soonest.

Nothing on this page is legal advice, and sending a message does not create a solicitor-client relationship.
